Certificate of Church Membership and Pastor Recommendation:

A letter of recommendation is required to help provide further information that would assist the Scholarship Committee in determining financial need and if the applicant is one who will continue to uphold the values, vision and purpose of The United Methodist Church now and in the future. Once the application has been received, a communication will be sent directly to applicant's named Pastor/Reference regarding your involvement, character, and leadership within the Church.
