Exhibitor Rates

• $290 for 1 table before 4/1/26 (will include Advertiser Only features as listed below)
• $310 for 1 table 4/2/26-5/1/26
• $330 for 1 table 5/2/26-6/1/26 
• $20 for Power Outlet/Electricity

All requests for exhibitor space and sponsorship will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitor booths and sponsorship requests must be accompanied by full payment to secure specific booths.

Deadlines: We must have your completed application and payment by September 1, 2026, for sponsorships to be included on banners and other printed material. We will be using the Whova App for this year’s conference. Individual email addresses will be needed for each representative so that they will have access to the Whova App. Each individual will be sent a link to access the Whova App which will contain all the information for the conference including the schedule, workshops, speaker bios, and exhibitor information.

Please note: 

• Space includes one 6' table and two chairs.
• Set up time will be September 30, 2026, from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on October 1, 2026, from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
• Exhibitor hours are October 1 from 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and October 2 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• You may break down displays after 11:00 a.m. on October 2. You must be cleared out of the room by 2:00 p.m.
• Please turn in Convention Cash as soon as possible after 11:00 a.m. on October 2. 
• Table locations will be assigned by the convention staff unless you have purchased one of the premium sponsorships. 
• Exhibitors are expected to provide a donation ($20 minimum value) for door prizes. Please give to the Convention Secretary upon arrival.

Advertisement Information

• Ad displayed on the conference website and on the Whova app.
  • This will be a digital color banner ad that is approximately 256 x 256 pixels. Please send us an ad already done to this size. 
  • Email the .jpg or .pdf of the ad to gcs@geneseechristianschool.com by September 1, 2026. 
  • We would also encourage you to include a link to your webpage, and/or a link to sign up for a free drawing if attendees access your page.
• The Whova App Exhibitor Status will allow you to: 
  • Upload videos or brochures about your products or companies.
  • Schedule live info sessions or demos.
  • Provide coupons, giveaways, or raffles to generate more leads.

Diamond Level Sponsorship $3000 (three spots available)

• We are looking for three Diamond Level Sponsors.
• You will be given the first, second or third opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall. Your table selection opportunity will be based on first-come-first served.
• You will be given the opportunity to show a video before the start of one of our general sessions (up to 5 minutes). 
• You will also be given the opportunity to show a video during the pastor and administrator’s breakfast on Friday morning. 
• You will be able to provide a short 30-second to 1-minute video to be part of a loop of advertisements that will be shown before the general sessions. 
• Four tables (over $1000 value), additional tables available to purchase at exhibitor rates. 
• Electricity included ($80 value).

• We are looking for two sponsors for the administrator’s breakfast.
• You will be given the opportunity to have five minutes to show a video during the pastor and administrator’s breakfast on Friday morning. 
• You will be given the fourth and fifth opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall. Your table selection opportunity will be based on  first-come-first served Platinum Level sponsors.
