  • Terms and Billing Policy:


    Local Pooper Scooper ("we," "us," or  "our") is a pre-paid service. The week of the 16th of each month"Local Pooper Scooper" will email you an invoice. Payment is due on or before the 1st of the month to continue service.


    If payment is not Received by the first day of each month, a $5 late fee is applied to your next invoice and service may be suspended until payment is received. "Local Pooper Scooper" will send out payment reminder emails each month to all customers the week payments are due.


    We do not offer credits due to severe weather, locked gates, aggressive dogs in yard or Holidays. We do offer credit if we are on vacation and if we call off for personal reasons. We reserve the right to end/cancel service at anytime. We will do our best to make up a missed service. 


    If you add a new dog to your family or if one leaves, please contact us so we can adjust your weekly rate.
