2026 Makers Market Vendor Agreement
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up and ready to sell by 10:00 AM. Breakdown may begin no earlier than 3:00 PM. Vendors must remain open until the official closing time.
STAFFING
Booths must be staffed at all times during event hours.
BOOTH SPACES
Spaces are assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. Booths may not be shared or sublet without prior written approval. Vendors must ensure that no part of their display, tables, racks, or merchandise extends beyond their assigned booth space.
ELECTRICITY
No electricity will be provided. Vendors may bring generators and must indicate this during registration.
EQUIPMENT
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, canopies, and weights. This is an outdoor event; tents and canopies must be properly secured.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Booth fees are non-refundable. Space is reserved only after full payment is received. Refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by the Sutherland Chamber of Commerce.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Vendors are responsible for their property and conduct. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sutherland Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Sutherland, and affiliated businesses from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the event.
