  • The programming team consists of three different teams, but for 2026 we mainly need panel runners as far as new staff openings:

    Panel Runners - Your main goal is to make sure the schedule stays on time, and to assist panelist on site. A team that takes care of the various panels going on during the weekend. Responsibilities are, but not limited to, keeping up with the schedule and learning the equipment that ASTL will be providing to the panelists, as well as checking on and helping set up the panelists session every hour upon the hour to make sure the schedule is going on time. You will also be doing head counts and be readily available if something happens to go wrong during a panel. This is a physical position where you will be on your feet most of the convention.  Also includes assisting with line and crowd control.
