Thank you for your interest in purchasing booths, sponsorships, and paying dues!

SCWA Membership is required. New Members or those renewing membership should add "SCWA Membership Dues" payment below in the Additional Options section.

Requests are not guaranteed, but will be honored based on date payment is received & sponsorship level as outlined in the Booth Selection Policy. If requesting to combine booths, indicate all numbers. Please note due to Fire Marshal guidance and required traffic patterns certain booth combinations may not be available.

Booths & Sponsorships are limited and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the reservation form and payment.

*There will be a 3.5% processing fee for credit card transactions.

Cancellations and booth downsize requests must be received in writing. Requests received 90 days prior to EXPO opening will be subject to cancellation fee equal to 50%, not including processing fees of the cancelled/downgraded booth space cost.

Cancellation and booth downsize requests received on or after 90 days prior to EXPO opening will be subject to cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled/downgraded booth space cost.

I understand that I must notify show management if my booth will have a contiguous wall of 20' or longer, and that my booth placement will most likely be affected and restrictions may apply. My failure to notify show management through this form will result in the wall not being approved or allowed on the EXPO Floor. In addition backdrop and height restrictions will apply to Endcap and Peninsula booths. Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in the booth design not being approved or allowed on the EXPO Floor.
