Per Assembly Bill No. 1263 (effective January 1, 2026), you are required to receive notice of the following information regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and their manufacture. The state requires you to read and sign the attestation below, acknowledging that you received and understood this notice. Additionally, you must present Black Rifle Arms with an ID verifying that you are at least 18 years of age. Black Rifle Arms does not provide any of this following notices as legal advice and we are not in agreement that this acknowledgment should be part of purchasing any firearm parts; however, we provide this notice in the interim while we continue to push back on this new California requirement.
