Background Check Authorization&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I authorize Urgent Labor and its affiliates to conduct a background check for employment and labor placement purposes. This may include verification of:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Criminal history&#13;&#10;Identity verification&#13;&#10;Employment eligibility&#13;&#10;Public records review&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I understand that certain job sites or contractors may require additional screening before placement.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;2. No Guarantee of Employment&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Submitting payment, completing registration, or passing a background check does not guarantee employment, job placement, or work hours. Job availability may vary by location, client demand, skill level, and attendance.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. No Refund Policy&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All payments made for registration, processing, onboarding, background checks, administrative fees, or labor placement services are NON-REFUNDABLE.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Background check fees are used immediately for processing services&#13;&#10;Administrative costs are incurred upon registration&#13;&#10;No refunds will be issued for incomplete applications, denial of placement, missed orientation, or failure to respond&#13;&#10;4. Independent Work Opportunities&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Urgent Labor may connect workers with temporary labor opportunities, day labor assignments, moving jobs, demolition work, cleanouts, construction support, warehouse work, and other general labor opportunities.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;5. Worker Responsibilities&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Workers agree to:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Provide truthful information&#13;&#10;Arrive on time when assigned&#13;&#10;Follow job site safety rules&#13;&#10;Maintain professional conduct&#13;&#10;Use proper communication with staff and clients&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Failure to comply may result in removal from available job opportunities.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;6.
