  • Accommodations

  • Accommodations are available at Executive Plaza, executiveplazahotel.ca. To help manage our budget, only these accommodations are included in your registration. Expenses for other hotels, etc. will not be reimbursed. 

    Rooms will be standard Single Occupancy. Some rooms suitable for those with specialized needs can be arranged. We will do our best to accommodate these requests. Attendees should plan to stay on-site for two nights, Friday and Saturday, with those from the North also staying on Sunday night. Those within a one-hour driving distance will not receive accommodations. 

    Standard single-occupancy rooms include a buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking.

  • TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

    Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.  Car travel will be reimbursed at the rate of $0.52/km (after the first 200 km driven) plus an additional $0.03/km for each additional passenger, to a maximum of the lowest economy airfare per person. Ferry costs can also be claimed. Airfare, where it is the most economical means of travel, should reflect the lowest possible rate.

    Copies of receipts of airfare and ferry travel, including GST, must accompany the expense forms.
