Your child will not be added to an official roster or have their uniform ordered unless registration/uniform fees are paid by a certain day.

*One parent per each child is required to participate in parent volunteer hours or make a donation of $25 to Curry Toybowl for the season.
You will need to provide a physical COPY of your child's original birth certificate and an updated wallet sized picture of their child to their head coach for certification purposes. Your child will not be able to continue the season without these.
