I will send you an invoice from Quickbooks for the Deposit amount of $25 after reviewing the form. The deposit and the delivery of your items will hold your place in my queue.

Once I receive the deposit, I will send you shirt prep instructions as well as drop off/mail in instructions by email

I understand that this is a custom, made to order item, unique to your preferences. There are no returns.

Payment will be due before pickup or shipping, (cost of shipping both ways is not included in the price and therefore will be responsible by the customer).

If after 60 days, I have not received payment, your items will become my property and your deposit will not be returned.

I am not responsible for the items once USPS has possession of the package. Standard insurance is applied in their shipping, if you want a higher insurance on your return product, let me know and I will mark your invoice accordingly
