If you wish to pre-register for interment at the cemetery, please read the enclosed Operations Manual (which contains important information about eligibility of veterans, their spouses, and their dependents also it gives information about grave markers and niche covers

Complete the application and documentation check list:

You MUST have the following copies attached:
- Separation Papers (WD53-55 or DD214)
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable and if spouse wishes to be buried with the veteran)
- Birth Certificate (if you wish to reserve space for qualified dependent children, or proof of adult child with disability)
- Two years prior and current Proof of Residency *Unless Veteran went into the service from Gloucester County* Examples: NJ Driver's License, NJ Vehicle Registration Card, Utility Bills, or Property Tax Bill
