Required Information for MARRIAGE records: Spouses' first and last name prior to marriage; marriage date (within 5 years); location (town/city); congregation (if known).
Marriage records less than 75 years old are restricted. Individuals may access their own record, or next of kin may access those of a deceased person.
Required Information for BAPTISM records: Name(s) at the time of baptism; birth date estimate; parents' names; province; congregation and/or city.
Baptismal records less than 100 years old are restricted. Individuals may access their own record, or next of kin may access those of a deceased person.
Required Information for BURIAL records: First and last name; date of death (within 5 years); location (town/city); congregation (if known).
Burial records less than 50 years old are restricted. An individual may access a next of kin's record.

If we are able to complete your request, there is a $25 CAD (+13% tax) research fee, in addition to a $35 CAD (+13% tax) register copy fee, if an entry is found.

Research is limited to a maximum of one hour, per researcher. If further research is required, it is the responsibility of the researcher to schedule an appointment or hire a local researcher.
The research fee is waived for Indigenous researchers, groups, or individuals working on behalf of an Indigenous organization.
If we are able to complete your request, there is a $25 CAD (+13% tax) per hour fee, paid at completion.
