EXHIBIT BOOTH

The exhibit booth comes with space for up to 2 (two) exhibitors.

The exhibitor fee includes: breakfast, lunch, and all nutrition breaks throughout the three-day conference for up to two (2) people.

The fee does NOT include the social events being held on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights, however, tickets are available for purchase below.

An Exhibitor or Sponsor (Platinum, Gold and Silver) shall carry its own liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 and provide proof of coverage by uploading it below or sending it via email to events@ciphi.on.ca by August 14, 2026.

CIPHI Ontario and the exhibition facility do not take responsibility for the safety of the exhibitor's property or personnel from theft, fire damage, accidents, or any other cause. The exhibitor and Sponsor agrees to hold CIPHI Ontario, the decorator/exposition company, and the exhibition facility, as well as their respective management, agents, and employees, harmless from any liability for injuries or damages to the exhibitor, its personnel, or property related to the use of the exhibit space.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION: All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing by email to events@ciphi.on.ca. A refund will be granted if cancellation is requested by September 25, 2026, subject to a $75 administration fee deducted from each cancellation request. No refunds will be granted after September 25, 2026.

Substitutions will be granted if requested by October 2, 2026, subject to a $50 administration fee charged for each substitution request. No substitutions will be granted after October 2, 2026.

$25 per night for overnight guests (includes in-and-out privileges; vehicle registration required at check-in)
