    We want to invite you to Market by the Sea Ventura County! We offer venues for local small businesses to participate in a market at Tractor Supply
  • Event Timing: April 4th 10am-3pm
    Event Address: 2975 Johnson Dr Ventura 

    Vendor Fee Policy:
    Market by the Sea does not offer refunds, credits, or rollovers for vendor fees. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, vendor fees are essential to producing each event. These funds directly support event expenses including advertising, city permits, licenses, insurance, and lot rental.

     


    We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us continue to host successful community markets.

    Check in for set up will begin at 8AM


    You are responsible for all equipment to set up your booth space. Generator use is permitted after approved. 


    There is no access to power. Please plan accordingly

    Canopy weights ARE REQUIRED for booth setups.
    Your own trash can and ground covering (tarps ) is required if cooking on sight to prevent oil and food stains on the asphalt, failure to do so may result in clean up fee of $150. 
    Vendors are responsible for all clean up of their booth and surrounding areas. 


    This application does not guarantee you a spot, if approved you will be contacted via Instagram or email with further instructions for payment via Venmo or Zelle. Payment must be sent within 48 hours.

     

     

    Absolutely no alcohol sales are permitted.


    If you bring something that was not approved you will have to remove it and may hinder chances of vending in future markets.

    To keep things diverse and supportive for all businesses, we welcome up to three vendors in each similar category. This helps create a beautiful balance while giving each vendor space to shine.

     


    Food vendors must have proper food handling permits per city regulations. Please be on time and arrive during the time outlined during the day of instructions. 
    Please stay during the entire duration of the event even if you are sold out. 
    Failure to do so will be cause for us not to accept you for future.

     

    Vendor Fee is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits of any kind and under no circumstances. If there is rain we will reschedule to another date.
