    Dates: May 22–24, 2026 Departure: After the Grad Banquet Return: Sunday at 6:00 PM Location: Mystery destination (to be revealed later) Cost: $285 per person
  • We're going on a Road Trip! Please note this is a mystery. Parents please contact Pastor Josh or Maren and we will answer your questions. Remember we want this to be a surprise for your grad and will release details to them as the event gets closer. 

    ****Prepare for ALL weather and ALL situations.

    You must fill out the standard Youth Information Form for 2025/2026 to be able to attend this event. Youth without this form completed fully by a parent/guardian will not be permitted to board the van and participate.

  • Contract of Conduct

    *I am coming to this event to have a great time; I realize there are rules that I must follow.

    *I will represent SGAC, our Youth Group, and myself, in the best way possible, at all times.

    *I will refrain from inappropriate language and/or behavior.  This includes but is not limited to:  foul language, possession or use of illegal drugs, tobacco, alcohol, energy drinks, treating others disrespectfully, bullying, inappropriate public displays of affection towards others, etc.

    *I will dress modestly. 

    *I will not, at any time, leave the premises of the event without the consent of my Parent(s) AND Pastor Josh. 

    *This event is a privilege, not a right, and I may be sent home, at my or my parent's expense if I violate any of these rules or expectations.

  • Overnight Event Parent Letter of Consent

    Details of the activity:
    Grade 12’s will travel with youth leaders (Pastor Josh, Maren, Chelsea, Jo, and Jeremy) to a couple of mystery destinations and then stay overnight to return to SGAC the following day. 

    Sleeping arrangement details and supervision details:
    Youth will be divided into different leaders cars with appropriate mixes. Youth will be separated for evening sleeping. Youth leaders will properly supervise all activities.

    Parent’s permission:
    I/we hereby consent to the participation of my/our child/youth in this supervised activity.  I/we understand that every precaution and adequate supervision is provided for this event.

    While every precaution is taken for the safety and good health, some activities carry with them the inherent risk of personal injury beyond the risks associated with many of the recreational activities at SGAC.  I/we understand and accept these risks and agree that by allowing our child/youth to participate in this activity, he/she may be taking part in a recreational activity that presents the potential for personal injury.  I/we give permission for the supervisors of the event to provide any necessary medical treatment. I/we agree to indemnify and hold blameless SGAC, its board, staff and volunteers against any damage, loss, or injury suffered by my child/youth as a result of participation at this event.

    If you would like to pay in the office, submit form without payment and stop by the office during office hours (9-4 Mon to Thurs, 9-2 Friday) to pay. Deadline is May 1st.
