Financial Assistance Application
Our desire is that every child who wants to attend camp can do so. Therefore, financial assistance is available to any parent or guardian who may not have the full budget required to send their child(ren) to camp. We ask that you cover the $75.00 camp deposit and contribute as much of the remaining registration fee as possible. Applications for Financial Assistance MUST BE RECEIVED no later than ONE week prior to the start of the requested camp, or they WILL NOT be considered. Please note that there are limited funds available for financial assistance. For this reason, we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

2026 Camp Fees are $350.00 (plus GST) per camp for Junior, Tween, Young Teen and Senior High. Scamper Camp fees are $210.00 (plus GST) per camp. A $75.00 non-refundable registration deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that financial assistance is not available for canteen money or additional skill fees.
