Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year Nomination Form
Thank you for your interest in helping with our inaugural alumni entrepreneur of the year award. This year, you can nominate individuals for two different awards: 1) the young alumni entrepreneur award - designed for someone with a startup that has been in existence for up to ten years, and 2) the distinguished alumni entrepreneur of the year award - for someone leading a larger and successful organization; think of this as a lifetime achievement award. You can nominate someone for just one of the awards, or you can nominate someone for each of the awards.

We are asking you to write some narratives about criteria for success in a number of categories. Please share what you know about the individual and the business.

Community Impact (Contribution, sustainability, or social responsibility)
Describe how the nominee positively impacts their community through business practices, philanthropy, sustainability efforts, or social responsibility initiatives.

Please explain how the nominee supports The University of Alabama through mentoring, hiring graduates, guest speaking, philanthropy, or other engagement activities.
