This form will reserve your plants but no payment is due at this time.
Mark your calendars for May 30th 9am-Noon for plant order pick up at the former Yahara River Grocery Co-op in Stoughton(229 E. Main Street).
Payment will be collected in full when you pick up your order. We can accept cash, local check, or credit card payments.
Please Note: At times there can be circumstances beyond our control (like weather) that can prevent certain species from being available on schedule. If any of your plants are unavailable for pick up on May 30th, we will notify you and adjust your total owed accordingly.
You will receive an order summary and confirmation email within 48 hours after you submit your order. A pick up reminder and total amount due will be sent out the week of plant order pick up.
