  • Vendor Fee Information

    Vendor participation fees vary by event and venue.  Accepted vendors will receive an approval email outlining the event-specific vendor fee, payment deadline, and payment instructions.  Vendor space is not confirmed until payment is received.

    Event fees are non-refundable unless event is canceled by NW Food Truck Fest Events.

  • Upon approval, an email will be sent to accepted vendors with the following info:

    • Event Load-In Times
    • Setup Instructions
    • Parking Details with Map
    • Request for Licenses
    • Request for Cerificate of Liability Insurance
    • Request for ST19
    • Request for Logo
    • Payment Link
