  • Welcome!

    Vendors are an important part of our Skagit Valley Highland Games, and we do everything we can to make it a fun and worthwhile experience! If you are a vendor looking to be present at this year's Games on Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th 2026, please read the following information and complete the form below to register.

    This year the Skagit Valley Highland Games will be held at the Skagit County Fairgrounds at 501 Taylor St, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. There will be options for indoor and outdoor vending spaces (all food vendors will still be located outdoors). 

    Please complete the registration form below by June 1st, 2026.

    Vendor Guidelines
    We make efforts to have merchandise that is generally “Celtic” in theme. If you have questions, please reach out to info@celticarts.org for more information.

    If your registration is not approved for any reason, we’ll return the vendor fee payment as soon as possible with notification to the applicant. The Celtic Arts Foundation reserves the right to include or reject an application for any reason.

    New Fire Code regulations have gone into effect as of January 1, 2018. We encourage vendors to make preparations as far in advance as possible. Food trucks/trailers (anything on wheels) must be certified by L&I before operating in Washington state. Food truck vendors are encouraged to begin this process as soon as possible in order to have approved inspection prior to the Skagit Valley Highland Games. Food trucks/trailers without proper L&I approval will not be allowed to operate at the Games. We will notify you about additional information on fire considerations once we receive it (stay tuned to website for updates).

    • Food Vendor $725
    • Merchandise Vendor 10x10 $350
    • Merchandise Vendor 10x20 $550
    • Merchandise Vendor 20x20 $700
    • Table and Chair Rental (8-foot table, two chairs) $45
    • Additional Highland Games Weekend Passes for Vendors (4 included with registration) $10

    Each approved vendor receives four complimentary passes to the Highland Games; additional passes are available for $10 each.

    Registration Deadline
    This form must be completed by June 1st, 2026.

  • Being a Vendor at the Skagit Valley Highland Games requires you to enter into a legal contract which entitles you to display/vend on Saturday July 11th, from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday, July 12th from 9:00am to 5:00pm, 2026. In return for the use of the space assigned to you by the Celtic Arts Foundation (CAF), you hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations stipulated in the 2026 Skagit Valley Highland Games Vendor terms with hold harmless. Please review those rules and terms thoroughly before continuing.

    Release and Hold Harmless Agreement   
    I hereby represent that I wish to participate as a Vendor in the Skagit Valley Highland Games & Celtic Festival on July 11th and 12th, 2026, sponsored by Celtic Arts Foundation (CAF).  I recognize that any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of the forces of nature, and the actions of other participants and other persons unaffiliated with CAF.  I understand that these hazards produce a risk of physical harm or death, as well as a risk of loss or damage to my personal property.  I further understand and agree that CAF would not be able to sponsor such Events without some form of agreement providing protection for CAF and its officers, directors, paid staff and volunteer workers.  I agree to allow the Skagit Valley Highland Games and CAF to photograph or record my activities at the event(s) for promotional purposes.  In consideration of, and as part payment for my privilege to participate in the Skagit Valley Highland Games & Celtic Festival, I hereby release Skagit County and it’s officials, employees and agents, and the Celtic Arts Foundation and its officers, directors, paid staff and volunteer workers from any and all liability, claims and/or causes of action arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in any and all of the activities of the Event.  I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities, and further agree to hold Skagit County and it’s officials, employees and agents, and the Celtic Arts Foundation and its officers, directors, paid staff and volunteer workers harmless from and against any and all liability, claims and/or causes of action which I may have arising from my participation in any and all of the activities of the Event, including but not limited to those involving negligence on the part of such officers, directors, paid staff or volunteer workers, which result in personal injury or death to myself and/or loss or damage to my personal property.  The terms of this agreement shall bind myself and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.  I have fully informed myself of the contents of this release and hold harmless agreement by reading it before I have signed it.
