  • Event Theme - The Great Aussie Athlete BBQ & Market

    The Great Aussie Athlete BBQ Festival is a high-energy, family-friendly celebration of sport, community and Aussie BBQ culture. Hosted by five-time Olympian Natalie Cook and featuring two-time Olympian Cedric Dubler, the event will welcome approximately 5,000 attendees for an afternoon of athlete meet-and-greets, interactive sporting experiences, gourmet BBQ, market stalls and live entertainment — all while raising vital funds to support Australian athletes.
  • Limited Stall Holder Opportunities

    Please note that stall spaces for the Great Aussie Athlete BBQ Festival are strictly limited to 30–40 carefully curated vendors to ensure a high-quality, balanced event experience. As such only 3x3m Stall Sites will be available. Power will also NOT be available at this event. As a result, not all applicants will be accepted. We encourage you to submit your application promptly, as placements will be assessed to ensure the best mix of products and services for our expected 5,000 attendees.

    This includes all other foods (i.e. baked goods)  / drinks that are not HOT FOODS or FOOD TRUCKS

  • Public Liability Insurance

    It is a requirement of Redlands Coast Collective Markets and the Market Terms & Conditions that all Stall Holders have Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency of Insurance to the Market Organiser prior to Market date. All Stall Holders are required to have a minimum of $20 million Public Liability Insurance.

    Stall Fees WILL be Direct Debited from your account ON APPROVAL, please ensure that sufficient funds are available for stall payment.

    Unsuccessful Payments - If payment is not successful you will be emailed a reminder and payment will be attempted again.  If payment is still not successful your application will be declined and your spot offered to another Vendor.

    Your stall is only confirmed once payment has been made.

    • This market is outdoors and on bitchumen & grass - we are open to the elements (wind, sun, rain, etc)
    • Your gazebo is your responsibility, please ensure that it is appropriately weighted down and does not become a hazard
    • Free Parking is available for stallholders on the grounds but not next to your stall.
    • NO PETS allowed at this venue.
