    The market will be officially opened to the public at 10:00am sharp. 

    Setup times: Saturday, July 4th : 7:30am – 9:15 am

    Table Cost: $40 for a 6’ table (or space) indoors or a 10’ X 10’ space outside

  • Submitting a registration form does not guarantee approval to be a vendor. You will receive a separate email letting you know you’ve been accepted with instructions on how to submit the table or space fee. Tables or spaces will then be reserved on a First Paid basis.


    We do not accept any MLM or other such companies so no AVON, Tupperware, Mary Kay, etc. No crystals or Diamond Art sales are permitted. All vendors must sell products that handmade or handcrafted to participate in this event.

     

    This event will be advertised in numerous publications, websites and on radio, road signs and posters through the Oceanside area. For any additional information please contact the Summer Artisan Market organizer at market@kucparksville.ca.

  • PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES to make the Summer Artisan Market enjoyable for all.


    1) We reserve the right to select vendors based upon our application process and ensure vendors that sell similar products are spaced apart accordingly.

    2) Consider the space you have rented as yours, but be fair to your fellow vendors and our shoppers by not crowding them or spilling over into the traffic areas.

    3) Specify on the registration form if you require extra space as extra charges will apply. (Ensure that these requests for additional full tables or spaces are paid for at the time of registration.)

    4) If you require power there are a limited number of indoor locations with access to power outlets, so be sure to specify on the form and bring an extension cord(s).

    5) If you choose to have an outdoor space you must provide your own 10’ X 10’ tent, table(s) and chairs. You will not have access to a power source so plan accordingly.

    6) WIFI is available both indoors and outside.

    7) Have scent-free products indoors only and refrain from wearing scented products.

    8) Do not switch tables with others without the permission of the Summer Artisan Market organizer.

    9) No packing up early.

    10) Cancellations must be submitted 7 days prior to the event.

    11) If for some reason you are unable to attend please do not give your table to another individual. Instead notify the coordinator so that a replacement vendor can be found.

    12) There will be staggered drop off times starting at 7:30am. More information regarding times will be
    emailed out closer to the date of the event.

    13) Try to remove your vehicle from the Knox Parking Lot after unloading at the time given for set up and leave as much space as possible for our customers. If this is not possible then please park in one of the stalls furthest away from the church.

     

    Vendors are reminded that Knox carries facility use and liability coverage for shoppers. However, Knox is not responsible for vendor product, booth elements or vendor liability. Vendors are encouraged to purchase their own insurance and be aware that Knox and its organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of product in the event of accident, fire, blood, weather, theft or other cause.
