  • Beverage categories including but not limited to lemonades, aguas frescas, slushies, smoothies, boba, soda bars, refreshers, tea stations, coffee beverages, and similar drink concepts are reserved for approved beverage vendors only unless otherwise approved in writing by Food Truck Next.

    This is a privately produced, curated farmers' market focused on local farms, handmade foods, garden goods, and intentional artisan products.

    We are not a flea market, resale market, or wholesale pop-up.

    If your products do not align with food, plant, kitchen, garden, or thoughtfully crafted artisan goods, this market may not be the right fit.

     

    Market Integrity Policy

    Vendors may only sell products they grow, produce, or create unless specifically approved in writing.

    Repackaging wholesale items as handmade, or misrepresenting product origin, is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of fees.

    Transparency with customers is non-negotiable.

     

    Category Limits Apply

    To maintain diversity and balance, the Market reserves the right to limit the number of vendors within any product category.

    Approval for one date does not guarantee approval for future dates.

     

    Products Not Accepted

    • Alcohol (unless specifically approved by venue)
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Illegal drugs
    • Offensive or inappropriate signage
    • Heavily processed factory-manufactured supplements, powders, or MLM products
    • Booth sharing (unless approved in writing)

     

    Professional Conduct Required

    This is a community-focused, family-friendly environment.

    We do not allow:
    • Aggressive selling
    • Yelling or calling out to customers
    • Negative speak about other vendors
    • Early breakdown

    We value consistency, timeliness, professionalism, and friendliness.

     

    Attendance Expectations

    If accepted, you are committing to:

    • Arriving on time
    • Being fully set up prior to opening
    • Remaining for the full duration of market
    • Cleaning your space at the end of market

    No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from future events.

     

    Insurance Requirement

    Once accepted, vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage.

    Food Truck Next LLC and Goodyear Ballpark must be listed as Additional Insured.

    Do NOT add the market to your policy until you have been formally accepted.

     

    Weather Policy

    The market operates rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by Market Management.

    In the event of cancellation by Market Management due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendor credits or refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Market Management.

    Fees are otherwise non-refundable.

  • REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

    1. Vendors shall comply with all rules and regulations set by the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, and the City of Goodyear relating to the products they sell. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to be familiar with and abide by all state and federal regulations pertaining to the production, harvest, preparation, preservation, labeling, and safety of products brought to the market.
    2. Vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents/canopies (with weights), tables, and electric supplies.
    3. Health permits or catering licenses as needed per the type of product being sold (if selling food).
    4. TPT License or EIN
    5. Please provide COI to Food Truck Next, LLC (Commercial General Liability, Workers Compensation up to $1,000,000.00). COI must name Food Truck Next and list the address: P.O. Box 50612, Phoenix, AZ 85076. DO NOT SUBMIT A PROOF OF INSURANCE DOCUMENT. 
    6. For Agricultural Vendors:
      Vendor is responsible for complying with all applicable Arizona Department of Agriculture and Maricopa County regulations, including but not limited to:

      • Produce handling requirements
      • Cottage food registration (if applicable)
      • Egg handling regulations
      • USDA or state meat inspection requirements

    7. Fee Structure
      • For Farmers and Produce Growers: please email us directly at foodtrucknext@gmail.com 
      • Artisan, packaged items, non food: 10% with a $75 minimum fee per standard 10’ x 10’ Space whichever is greater. Invoice of $75 per 10 x 10 is sent out upon approval. 

        Food Trucks, Food Trailers, Food Tents
        10% of total gross sales with a $150 minimum, whichever is greater. The minimum fee is invoiced upon approval. 

      • Minimum fees apply regardless of sales at the end of the event.
  • NOTE: Vendor Review & Approval Process

  • Applications are reviewed in the order received and approved based on event needs, vendor category balance, and available space.

    Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and payment details.

    Vendor spaces are limited and may fill quickly. We recommend applying early for the best consideration.
