Financial Commitments
I understand that my financial obligations include payment in stages according to the progress of the land regularization. I will also participate in my pro-rata share of registration costs, taxes, planning expenses, payments to consultants, development and infrastructure, and management fees, as will be determined in the agreement with the Company.
Option to Sell: I am aware that if I do not wish to invest further funds for the planning and/or development of the plot and/or the construction of the housing unit, I may, at a time after the completion of the registration, sell my right to a third party. This is provided that the third party signs a management agreement identical to the one signed by the entire group, and subject to receiving prior approval from the Company's lawyers.
