  • Transaction Overview & Asset Description

    By signing this form, I express my consent to join the purchasing group managed by GSG (Finances Israel Ltd.) (hereinafter: "The Company") to purchase land in Judea and Samaria in the [Project Name] project. This land was purchased from an Arab resident of the area and is currently undergoing regularization (legalization) processes led by the Company.

    Nature of the Right: I am aware that I am purchasing a future right to a relative and undefined portion of the land. I understand that in its current state, the land is undergoing regularization and planning and is not yet zoned for residential use.
    Project Goal: The establishment of new settlements and/or neighborhoods in Judea and Samaria and the Seam Zone, to strengthen Jewish settlement and the Jewish people's hold on their land.
    Plot Allocation: If the zoning plan (TABA) is approved, the specific location of my plot will be determined by a lottery managed by the Company's lawyers among all members of the purchasing group.

  • Financial Commitments

    I understand that my financial obligations include payment in stages according to the progress of the land regularization. I will also participate in my pro-rata share of registration costs, taxes, planning expenses, payments to consultants, development and infrastructure, and management fees, as will be determined in the agreement with the Company.

    Option to Sell: I am aware that if I do not wish to invest further funds for the planning and/or development of the plot and/or the construction of the housing unit, I may, at a time after the completion of the registration, sell my right to a third party. This is provided that the third party signs a management agreement identical to the one signed by the entire group, and subject to receiving prior approval from the Company's lawyers.

  • Legal Terms

    I am aware that the land regularization process depends entirely on the authorities; the process is uncertain and may take a long time. Furthermore, I understand that I am strictly prohibited from objecting to the regularization and planning processes led by the Company, and I may not take any action whatsoever that would delay the project.

  • Registration Fee

    This document is a preliminary registration form for the project. Following this, I will be required to sign the full Management Agreement (an agreement identical for all group members) which will regulate the complete relationship between myself and the Company, as well as between myself and the other group members.

    At this time, I am paying a registration fee of 250 Euros.
    This nominal registration fee is intended to cover the expenses of preparing paperwork and opening a "settler file" (Tik Mityashev). These fees will not be refunded, even if I decide later to cancel my registration and not proceed with signing the full Management Agreement.
