Before Buying

• There is a minimum of P100 per order, including shipping fee.
• Orders from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan are okay as long as you use a forwarding service or a Filipino address. If you are outside these countries, you must pay in international rates or your order will be voided and cancelled. If you are ordering from the US or EU, please refer to the respective group orders: US | EU.
• Please note there are no refunds or backing out once you place your order.
• If you have sent a form, I will be sending an e-mail confirming your order in up to 72 hours via e-mail (kokocantread@gmail.com). If you have not gotten a confirmation e-mail by then, please message me.
• Except for Lalamove, I ship mostly on Fridays. If you've placed an order on a Friday, it will be shipped in the next Friday or after.
• For onhand items, please give us up to 14 business days to process your order.
• If you are using Lalamove, please message me. I will provide you my pickup address.
• Pre-order items will be stated as such. Please give us up to 30 business days to process them.
• The buyer will handle the shipping fee. If anything else aside from J&T is selected, we'll contact you through your preferred social media.

Shipping

• Available Modes of Shipping are: Lalamove, LBC, and J&T.
• Shipping for stickers, badge pins, and art prints will be shipped in 7-14 days.
• For heat press items (shirts, pouches, mugs), please give up to 30 days to ship.
• For acrylic and plush charm preorders, they are from different manufacturers so it may take some time for them to be manufactured. 
• If there are any situations where the shipping fee exceeds the estimate in J&T shipping, I will message first before shipping. I will not ship until the full shipping fee is paid.
• All shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
• I have to commute at least 6km to my nearest branches for LBC and J&T, so there's the labor/commute fee to cover what I spend to arrive.
• Lalamove has no labor fees as I will be shipping from home, but I will require to be talked to through any of my socmed.
