OUR CLUB DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR COMPREHENSIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS, ARE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBISTE.
BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THIS ONLINE PAYMENT PLAN I CONFIRM THAT:
1. I read, understand, and accept the comprehensive terms and conditions as posted on the Club’s website (www.harlequinhockey.co.za) and I bind myself to the terms thereof.
2. I am a registered Member of the Club for the 2026 hockey season and as such that I am liable for the full 2026 Club Affiliation Fees as set out below.
3. The Club Affiliation Fees excludes SAHA fees. The Members must register with SAHA before a league match is played. Failure to do so may result in them being barred from playing until SAHA Fees are paid.
4.1. Senior Membership - R4000 (excl. SAHA Fee at R485);
4.2. Student Membership - R4000 (excl. SAHA Fee R485); and
4.3. Youth Membership (18 yrs & younger) - R4000 (excl. SAHA Fee R120).
NOTE: The fee excludes CLUB match kit and personal equipment which are mandatory
5. I have selected the 4-month payment plan in accordance with the below mentioned breakdown and that I am liable to pay the below instalments on or before the due dates indicated below. If joining later than April 2025, the first installment will include the amount due in the month joined plus the previous passed installments.
30 MARCH 2026 = R1000
30 APRIL 2026 = R1000
30 MAY 2026 = R1000
30 JUNE 2026 = R1000
6. I confirm that all communication and/or Invoices can be sent to me to my registered email address.
7. Should I fail to honour my selected payment plan and fail to remedy my breach upon demand from the Club, I acknowledge and agree that:
7.1. I will be held liable for all the Club’s legal fees associated with having to institute legal proceedings against me for the collection of my Club Affiliation Fees, on the attorney and own client scale.
7.2. Any certificate issued under the signature of the Club Treasurer / Club Chairperson / or its Attorney that serves to certify the amount due in terms of this payment plan will be accepted as prima facie proof of my indebtedness to the Club.
