  • 1. PARTIES TO AGREEMENT

  • 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Provider agrees to perform indoor antimicrobial fogging and/or wood surface cleaning and treatment services at the property listed above.
  • Services may include, but are not limited to:
    • Inspection and assessment of affected areas
    • Application of EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment using fogging technology
    • Surface cleaning and treatment of wood materials affected by microbial growth
    • Mold and mildew elimination, odor control, and prevention
    • Recommendations for moisture control and water intrusion mitigation
    • Post-treatment evaluation (if requested)

  • 3. PREPARATION & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • To ensure effective treatment, Client agrees to complete the following prior to service:
    • Remove or securely cover all open food, beverages, and utensils
    • Protect sensitive items including papers, artwork, fabrics, and electronics
    • Open interior doors, closets, and access areas
  • All occupants — including pets and plants — must vacate the premises during treatment and remain out for 1-2 hours after completion.
  • Products used are non-toxic, non-corrosive, and free of bleach, ammonia, and VOCs. After the recommended re-entry period, ventilation is advised.

  • 4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Pricing is based on square footage and extent of remediation required. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessment.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • 5. LIMITED WARRANTY – ANTIMICROBIAL FOGGING

  • Flicker Indoor Air Solutions warrants that antimicrobial fogging treatment will remain effective against visible microbial growth for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of service.
  • If visible microbial regrowth occurs within this 180-day period, Provider will perform one (1) re-treatment of the originally treated areas at no additional labor cost.
  • This warranty is valid only if:
    • All moisture and humidity issues have been properly addressed
    • Crawlspace is sealed with a properly installed loose-lay vapor barrier
    • A properly sized, functioning dehumidifier maintains humidity below 60%
    • No new water intrusion, leaks, flooding, or structural issues occur
    This warranty applies only to treated areas and does not guarantee permanent mold prevention.

  • 6. LIMITED WARRANTY – WOOD SURFACE CLEANING & TREATMENT

  • Flicker Indoor Air Solutions warrants that treated wood surfaces will remain free from visible mold regrowth for thirty (30) days from the date of service.If visible mold regrowth occurs within this 30-day period under normal environmental conditions, Provider will perform one (1) re-treatment at no additional labor cost.

  • Conditions:

    • Moisture and humidity issues have been corrected
    • Relative humidity remains below 60%
    • No new leaks, flooding, or structural issues occur
    • Treated wood remains structurally sound

  • Scope Disclaimer – Wood Treatment

  • Wood treatment is limited to surface microbial cleaning only.This service does not include:
    • Structural repairs
    • Restoration
    • Removal of deteriorated wood
  • Wood that is structurally compromised, heavily deteriorated, or exhibiting deep or recurring mold growth may require removal and replacement by a licensed general contractor.Flicker Indoor Air Solutions is not responsible for structural deficiencies or materials requiring replacement.
  • This warranty applies only to treated areas and does not guarantee permanent mold prevention.

  • 7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client agrees to:
    • Provide safe access to all treatment areas
    • Remove personal items or accept responsibility for items left in treated areas
    • Disclose known leaks or structural concerns

  • 8. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • The provider follows EPA and OSHA guidelines. All fogging and wood cleaning products used are EPA-registered and free from bleach, ammonia, and VOCs. Wood cleaning products used that include ammonia, shall only be used with consent of the homeowner or business..

  • 9. LIABILITY & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  • Client acknowledges that antimicrobial treatments reduce microorganisms on contact but cannot guarantee complete elimination under all environmental conditions.
  • Provider is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing conditions
    • Improper preparation
    • Unprotected sensitive materials
    • Failure to correct moisture issues
  • Results may vary based on environmental conditions and maintenance practices.

  • 10. GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
