Fast Track Certification is available to those who successfully completed one of the specific culinary programmes
Condition: Applicants who graduated more than six months before the date of their fast track application must be currently employed in the industry as Professional Cook / Commis Chef or Chef de Partie and must provide detailed evidence of their current employment.
Retrospective Certification awarding is available to students who have successfully completed culinary Programmes within the previous 2 years prior to mapping of their Programmes.
