    Please complete this form if you are planning to attend Manchester Village Pride and require the use of our accessible facilities.

    Manchester Village Pride is committed to ensuring our event is accessible to everyone.

    This form allows us to understand your access requirements so we can provide appropriate reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.

    You may use this form to request:

    Accessible viewing areas
    Entry for a Personal Assistant (PA)
    Other reasonable adjustments

    All information is treated confidentially and used solely for accessibility planning and event safety.

    Submitting this form does not guarantee specific provisions, but we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests.

    You may be entitled to a ticket for your Personal Assistant at no extra cost via our Personal Assistant Scheme. We will require you to upload evidence when applying for this scheme (more information about this scheme is detailed below).

    This allows us to accommodate as many requests as possible in advance of the event. It may not be possible to make specific accommodations on applications received after this date.

  • Please Note: There is no dedicated parking on site at Manchester Village Pride

  • Please be aware that the fridge is powered from a temporary power source. We cannot be held liable for any temporary power outages. Please bring any medication you require in a clear sealed bag with your name and phone number on the bag for identification.

  • You can charge your wheelchair at our Access Reception. Please note the power source for this structure is temporary. When arriving at the reception please be sure to ask staff for assistance.

  • Personal Assistant Scheme Information

  • This section of the form allows you to request a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket.

    As part of this request we kindly ask that you supply supporting documentation. 

    If accepted, your Personal Assistant will receive the same ticket type that you purchased for yourself.

  • Please read the below to understand the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:

    Personal Assistants must comprehensivley support the applicant throughout their time at Manchester Village Pride. Personal Assistants should not be heavily under the influence of alcohol or use any illicit substances. 

    To protect visitors with access requirements, any personal assistants who do not adhere to these standards may be ejected from the event site.

    Please remember that our Personal Assistant Ticket Scheme is in place to offer inidivudal support to our access customers to ensure they have the best possible time at Manchester Village Pride.

  • To ensure the Personal Assistant Scheme is administered fairly, we may request supporting documentation confirming that a PA is required due to access needs.
