- No payments are due at this stage.
Terms & Conditions
Hiymanot Ltd trading as Sacred Tours
These Booking Terms & Conditions form the basis of your contract with Hiymanot Ltd trading as
Sacred Tours. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking and Acceptance
A booking is confirmed when:
● A completed booking form has been received;
● The required deposit or full payment has been paid;
● Sacred Tours has issued written booking confirmation.
The lead passenger making the booking confirms that they have authority to accept these terms
on behalf of all members of their party.
2. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £200 per person is required to secure a booking unless otherwise
stated.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
If full payment is not received by the due date, Sacred Tours reserves the right to cancel the
booking and retain any applicable cancellation charges.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices are based on costs known at the time of publication. While every effort is made to avoid
changes, Sacred Tours reserves the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices where
supplier costs, taxes, airline charges, or government fees increase significantly before
departure.
Customers will be informed of any material changes before travel.
4. What's Included
Unless otherwise stated, tour packages may include:
● Flights (where applicable)
● Accommodation
● Meals as specified in the itinerary
● Ground transportation
● Entrance fees specified in the itinerary
● Guided visits and religious programme activities
● Visa assistance where applicable
Items not specifically listed as included are not included.
5. Customer Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
The following cancellation charges apply:

Any non-refundable airline tickets, visas, insurance premiums, or supplier charges may also be
deducted where applicable.
6. Changes Requested by Customers
Requests to amend bookings will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Additional costs imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers will be payable by the customer.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Sacred Tours
Occasionally changes may be necessary due to operational reasons, safety concerns, supplier
issues, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Sacred Tours cancels a tour before departure, customers will be offered:
● A suitable alternative tour (where available), or
● A refund of monies paid to Sacred Tours.
8. Travel Insurance
All travellers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
● Medical expenses
● Cancellation
● Curtailment
● Personal belongings
● Repatriation
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance is in place.
9. Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they:
● Hold a valid passport
● Meet entry requirements
● Obtain required visas
● Meet any health or vaccination requirements
Sacred Tours cannot accept responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete
documentation.
10. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements
Customers must inform Sacred Tours of any medical condition, disability, mobility issue, allergy,
or dietary requirement that may affect participation in the tour.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect our ability to provide services safely.
11. Customer Conduct
All travellers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, guides,
accommodation providers, local communities, and religious sites.
Sacred Tours reserves the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour is disruptive,
dangerous, unlawful, abusive, or likely to negatively affect the experience of others.
No refund will be given in such circumstances.
12. Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.
Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify Sacred Tours in writing
before departure.
13. Force Majeure
Sacred Tours cannot accept liability where the performance of its obligations is prevented by
circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
● Natural disasters
● Severe weather
● Epidemics or pandemics
● Government actions
● Political unrest
● Terrorism
● Industrial disputes
● Airport closures
● Airline disruptions
14. Complaints
If a customer has a complaint during the tour, it should be reported immediately to the tour
leader or Sacred Tours representative so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the
issue.
Complaints not reported during the tour may affect our ability to investigate and resolve them
afterwards.
15. Privacy
Sacred Tours will collect and process customer information only for the purposes of
administering bookings, providing travel services, and complying with legal obligations.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
