Acknowledgment and Agreement
I understand and acknowledge that this application is for a volunteer leadership role within a volunteer grassroots advocacy effort seeking Congressional authorization for a future U.S. Army Auxiliary.
I understand that the U.S. Army Auxiliary does not currently exist as an authorized federal entity. Any title of “State Coordinator” or similar designation is solely for internal organizational purposes within this advocacy initiative. It does not carry a rank designation.
I acknowledge that this position:
- Is entirely voluntary and unpaid
- Does not constitute employment
- Does not create an employment contract or contractual relationship of any kind
- Does not create any legal entitlement, property interest, or expectation of future appointment
- Does not guarantee selection, retention, promotion, or future status within any organization that may be created
- I further understand that, if the U.S. Army Auxiliary is formally authorized by Congress in the future, there is no guarantee that I will receive any official appointment, rank, membership status, or leadership role within that entity.
I acknowledge that my role, if appointed, is limited to organizing and facilitating informal supporter meetings within my state or region in accordance with established meeting guidelines (separate document). These meetings are grassroots gatherings of interested supporters and are not official military units or government-sponsored activities.
I agree that I will not represent myself as a member of a federally authorized military auxiliary, nor imply that the organization currently exists as a governmental body.
I understand that National Headquarters may modify, suspend, or terminate my volunteer coordinator role at any time, with or without cause, in order to protect mission integrity, brand compliance, or organizational stability.
By signing below, I affirm that I understand and agree to the above terms.
