The Frank Lipshultz Insurance Adjuster Grant provides complimentary full conference registration and three (3) nights of hotel accommodations for insurance adjusters working in Maryland's workers' compensation industry to attend the 2026 Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association (MWCEA) Annual Conference, September 27–30, 2026, in Ocean City, Maryland.
The conference offers direct access to Maryland industry leaders, timely legislative and regulatory updates, continuing education opportunities, and valuable networking with professionals from across the workers' compensation community.
Please complete the application below to be considered. All fields are required unless otherwise noted. Applicants are asked to provide one professional reference who can speak to their professional experience and interest in the workers' compensation industry.

If selected, you agree to attend the 2026 MWCEA Annual Conference and actively participate in the educational program. If you are unable to attend after accepting the grant, you agree to notify MWCEA promptly so the opportunity may be offered to another qualified applicant.
The grant includes complimentary full conference registration and three (3) nights of hotel accommodations only. Recipients are responsible for transportation, parking, incidental expenses, and any other personal expenses not specifically covered by the grant.
By accepting this grant, you acknowledge that MWCEA may recognize grant recipients in conference materials, association publications, the MWCEA website, email communications, and social media. You also acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during conference activities and that MWCEA may use your name, likeness, and images captured during the conference for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Following the conference, recipients agree to submit a brief summary of their conference experience, including key takeaways and how participation in the conference contributed to their professional development.
