End of Season Send-Off 🏔️🎿

The last big trip of the season. Spring laps, patio energy, and one final proper UTSSC mission before exams take over. Ikon accepted.

Trip Dates: April 30–May 5, 2026 (Thu–Tue) — 5 nights / up to 5 ski days

📍 Trip Overview

Flights (Included for Full Package participants):
Flight numbers + exact times are not finalized yet (we have not booked). We are planning around a morning arrival into Calgary on Apr 30 (approx. 9–10 a.m.) and an evening return on May 5.
WestJet UltraBasic fare (important):
• Personal item only (NO carry-on)
• 1 checked bag included (this can be a suitcase OR a ski/snowboard bag + boot bag)
• No cancellations / no refunds once booked
Ground Transportation:
Private group bus between Calgary ↔ Banff. Final vehicle type depends on numbers: coach bus or school bus.
Departure / Return Timing (Plan):
Apr 30: depart Toronto early morning → arrive Calgary morning → transfer to Banff.
May 5: depart the hotel around 5–6 p.m. (TBD) so you can ski/hang out the final day.

Banff Upper Hot Springs: Natural hot springs just up the road with unreal mountain views.
Patio Energy: Drinks on patios, spring sunshine, and end-of-season stories.
Golden Hour Rockies: Late-season sunsets hit different here.

Includes flights (Full Package), hotel (5 nights), and transportation. Lift tickets, rentals, meals, and personal expenses are separate.

Deposit (Required): $150 due at signup.

Full payment deadline: March 15, 2026.
Refund deadline: Deposit refundable until March 15 unless flight is booked.
Flight rule: Once booked, flight portion becomes non-refundable.
After March 15: Payments are non-refundable.
