ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Cocktail Recipe must be submitted in single cocktail format (enough to make one full serving of submitted cocktail.)
- Recipes will be limited to 5 components. Defined as components of the cocktail such as spirits, type of simple syrup, homemade liqueur, bitters, citrus or juice etc. Participants are allowed to use any number of ingredients within those components so long as they are on the list below and limited to one specialty.
- Must include a minimum of 1 oz of Journeyman Spirit in the final recipe.
- Participants are allowed to use any of our spirits with the following exceptions: Farm Rye, Farm Bourbon, Cherrywood Single Malt, Double Oaked Rye, Three Oaks Single Malt, Kissing Cousins
- All ingredients must be sourced from the list of ingredients below (All participants are restricted to the ingredients on this list + one specialty ingredient subject to approval (contingent on pricing and ability to source)).
- When submitting their recipe with the specialty ingredient, a link to purchase will be required below.
- Participants are not allowed to bring their own ingredients; doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
- Recipe will be confirmed with a prebatch calculation and prebatch recipe being sent to the bartender one week prior to the prep times.
- Simple syrup or liqueur or any other component recipe must be included in the submission under "Full Specs"
- Recipe must be original and not previously published
- All recipes must comply with applicable laws and regulations
