  • Is the $60 package all we sell?


    No — that is a totally optional discounted offer for our best-selling package.

    The $60 All Files presale includes all poses and backgrounds of one player plus a free team image file. It’s available at half off until picture day, and becomes $119.99 once the gallery goes online.

    You’re always welcome to wait for the gallery and shop for your photos. We offer prints, gifts, and packages similar to traditional school picture day options.

    The presale price is simply our best value — and because it’s a picture-day special, we’re unable to offer it once the gallery is published.

     

  • Do you take photos of siblings or coaches with their kids?

    We’re happy to photograph siblings, coaches with players, and team moms with players too — we love capturing those special connections!

    Since we may not know every sibling or coach, please let one of our friendly staff members know on picture day and we’ll make sure it gets taken care of.

    At some of our larger league photo days, these photos are done at a dedicated station. After your individual photos, you may be directed to the designated location to have those taken.

  • I may not be able to come to our scheduled picture time. 

    We do our best to photograph teams during their assigned appointment time so picture day runs smoothly for everyone — but we completely understand that busy schedules and unexpected conflicts happen.

    If you’re unable to attend your scheduled time, you’re still welcome to come at any point during our photo day. You may experience a longer wait, as you’ll be photographed at our overflow station. This station does not run on a schedule and is first-come, first-served. 

    If you’re unable to attend picture day at all, please keep an eye on your email for possible makeup opportunities (when available — some leagues do not offer a makeup day). Typically, this means bringing your player to our next available photoshoot the following week. We’ll send an email with dates, times, and instructions.

    Why do I need to register?

    Do Coaches have to register too?

    I do not plan on purchasing, do I need to register?

    The main purpose of registration is to make sure we have the correct contact information so your photos and galleries are delivered safely to the right person.

    Registration is required in order to view or purchase photos, and it’s also how we deliver any prepaid online items.
    (Coaches do not need to register.)

    Even if you don’t plan to purchase photos, registration is still highly encouraged so you can access the team photo once it becomes available.
