Shuttles are available as soon as ships dock and timeslots may be reserved based on arrival times. You are encouraged to reserve a time slot for your group.
Shuttle reservations for returns to the dock are only offered on days with a high volume of guests (or on request from cruise lines). Shuttles run continuously throughout the day and are monitored closely to keep waiting time to a minimum.
Book Shuttle Time
There is a maximum group size of 10 passengers. For larger groups, you may make multiple reservations but please be prepared to board different shuttles as buses fill quickly. During peak times, buses depart very frequently so it won't be long before you're all together again.
Once you confirm your selected time slot, you will receive email and text messages with a booking confirmation. You may use links included with those messages to reschedule or cancel the corresponding reservation.

If you or a member of your group require a wheelchair lift to board a shuttle, a special reservation is required.
All other devices, including scooters, can be transported on shuttle buses. These do require managing a few steps (4) into the bus. If that's a problem, just let our shuttle attendants know.
Wheelchair Lift reservations must be made separately. Select a time slot first for the guest with wheelchair, then a corresponding on for the rest of your party. - When you arrive, look for signs to our Mobility Shuttle platform and we will work with you there.

Mobility "Scooter" LimitationsThree-wheel scooters are unsafe with a guest rider on the lift and within the shuttle.
Total weight: Lifting capacity for our shuttles is 600 lbs ~ 300 kg.
Securement:Device must be able to be secured with anchor hooks at four points of contact to be considered safe.

We do not have direct access to tour information, their meeting locations or time schedules.
Please refer to your tour tickets or vendor communications for those instructions. Many tours depart from the Cruise Terminal and do not require a shuttle to or from downtown. For those that do require shuttle transportation, allow 45 minutes to 1 hour to arrive downtown to meet your tour crew.
