GSNEO 2026 Super Troop Application

    All information and activities reported on this form must have occured during the 2026 membership year. Troop applications will be assessed based on the criteria and guidelines established by the VSS Coordinator(s).

      Troops have the option to select any combination of activities from the provided choices. Upon attaining 100 points from completed activities, they can proceed to complete additional activities, including the ones in the "Super Bonuses" section, to qualify for more rewards. It's important to note that troops must have an open bank account that is in compliance with GSNEO policies and must have submitted an on-time 2026 Finance Report to qualify for Super Troop.

       

      Please only report activities that were completed by your troop during the 2026 membership year, starting October 1, 2025 and ending on September 30, 2026.

      • 2026 Super Troop Application will open on June 16, 2026
      • 2026 Super Troop Application will close on September 30, 2026            
      • 2026 Super Troop Drawings will be held on October 19, 2026

      PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extension of potential prizes no late applications will be accpeted.

    • All troops that earn at least 100 points and have a verified application will be considered one of GSNEO's 2026 Super Troops!  

      AWARDED PRIZE: (1) 2026 Year Rocker per registered girl 

       

      Super Troops that earn 250 - 400 points by completing enough activities for the year have a chance to win additional prizes! 

      250 Points = (1) entry into the 'Troop Funds' Drawing

      400 Points = (1) entry into the 'Troop Funds Drawing and (1)                                entry into the 'Troop Expierence' Drawing 

    • Did your troop earn at least 100 points for completing activities in any the main 5 Super Categories?

    • Reward Earned: GSNEO Super Troop Patch

       

      Who will receive the main patch for the 2026 Super Troop program?

      • Troops that are first time Super Troop Awardees
      • Troops bridging to a new program level for MY27 - So they do not have to remove from their previous uniform!
      • Individual girls that have joined a troop who has already received the main patch in years previous

      Registered adult members and volunteers will not receive a patch.  

    • Reward Earned: 2026 Year Rocker 

      The Year Rocker can be showcased beneath the GSNEO Super Troop Patch. Alternatively, if a troop has qualified in the previous year, the Year Rocker can be displayed beneath the previous year's rocker.

      Girls must have been registered with the troop during the 2026 Girl Scout year to recieve. 

      Registered adults members and volunteers will not receive a Year Rocker.

    • Renward Earned: Entry into Cash Prize Drawing

      Congratulations! Your troop has earned (1) entry into the 2026 Super Troop Funds Drawing! 

      This year FOUR troops will win $50 that will be electronically transfered to their troop bank account!

      The Drawing will take place on October 19, 2026. The troops selected will be notified via email the day of the drawing.

       

    • If your troop is selected as the 2026 Super Troop Funds Drawing Winner, please let us know if your bank account is currently meeting GSNEO policy:

    • Reward Earned: Entry into Troop Experience Drawing

      Congratulations! Your troop has earned (1) entry into the 2025 Super Troop Troop Experience Drawing! 

      This year we will be selecting one troop who will get to select a program level appropriate troop experience. 

       

      The Drawing will take place on October 19, 2026. The winning troops will be notified via email on the day of the drawing. More information will be given at that time about available troop experiences and how to go about scheduling it for your troop!
