2026/27 Seasonal Rental Pick Up Reservations

Please use this form to reserve a pick up of 2026/27 Seasonal Rentals.

All equipment is handed out on a first come, first served basis, supplies are limited, purchase does not guarantee equipment. Valid Credit Card expiring June 2027 or $300 Deposit required.

**EQUIPMENT RESERVATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 29TH TO NOVEMBER 22ND. FURTHER DATES TO BE ADDED IN THE FUTURE**

Hours of Operation:

Thur-Fri: 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Sat-Sun: 9:00am - 4:00pm

To expedite your pick up, please ensure that you bring with you the seasons pass of all those who are collecting seasons rentals. If you do not yet have a seasons pass, please collect it from Guest Services prior to collecting your rentals.

Packages include Ski/Snowboard and boots. Ski poles available for rental or purchase for an additional price.

The Deadline for collection is December 1st 2026, except for puchases that included the In Season pick up add-on. Any purchases collected from December 2nd onwards without this add-on will be subject to an $80 late pick up fee. Blackout dates apply.
