Approval is required before registering
This is reqired for players moving wishing to register outside their primary MHA (out of boundary Pond Hockey players)

Requests will be reviewed after August 10 and notification sent out by Aug 17.

No Late fee will apply provided the form was received before the May 31 deadline.
Special Exception Guidelines

Parent(s)/guardian(s) work in Red Deer
The player attends school in Red Deer
Travel distance or limited access to ice times creates a demonstrated hardship

All three criterias must be met to apply
By completing this application, I understand and agree that a $300 non-resident fee is charged each season upon approval. Applications may be approved for one or multiple years, but the fee will apply every season.
I understand I need to also complete the Player Movement form and submit the signed copy to jackie@reddeerminorhockey.com, along with a letter of explaination. This form must be signed by your designated MHA.
