    Registration Deadlines for Organizations / Galleries

    March 1 - March 15, 2026 - registration early bird fee of $500 
    March 16 -April 15, 2026 - registration regular fee of $600
    April 16 - April 30, 2026 - registration late fee of $700

    Your logo and brief description of the organization or gallery must be uploaded as well as the demo / programming filled out at the time the form is completed in order for your registration to be accepted.

  • Alternative Sites and Hosting Other Artists at Your Location


    Is your gallery, organization or group of artists interested in participating, but don’t have a studio or prefer to show your work somewhere other than in your studio? We have a few locations available.

    If you are participating at your own site and would like to host other artists, please contact Klara to let her know how many artists you can host, and she will put you on the Host List. 

  • Monterey County arts organizations and galleries owned by local artists and featuring local artists only are invited to join the tour; its members can participate in a collective exhibition and sell their works. Organizations and Galleries (featuring 2 or more artists) are welcome to participate one weekend or two. There is no additional cost to participate both weekends.

  • The organization’s logo only will be included in the Magazine Guide (printed and e-version), on Mobile App, Arts4MC website, Facebook, Instagram posts, and in promotional advertising, unless individual artists want to purchase their own registration or an ad in the magazine.

    2026 Open Studios Art Tour (OSAT)

    I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    To open my studio and be present from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days of the weekend(s) of my participation.


    That the images submitted with my application may be used for promotion of the event (Arts4MC website, OSAT Magazine Guide, Mobile App, partners organizations' social media etc.)


    That all promotional materials that I develop for OSAT, including postcards, e-mails, and my website will include the OSAT logo.

  • To indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arts4MC, and its officers, agents, and employees for any and all liabilities, claims, errors, omissions, losses, accidents, and expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs in any manner caused by, arising out of, or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, the OSAT event. I acknowledge that I have been advised that my OSAT site should have appropriate liability and other insurance, that I should obtain any necessary city licenses, and that I am taking full responsibility for opening to the public.


    That I’m aware that a $100 administration fee will be deducted from all registration fee refunds; and that refunds will not be made after 4/30/2026.
