Kershaw’s Elite – Digital Services Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Kershaw’s Elite LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned Client.

1. Scope of Services

Client is purchasing one of the following packages:

HVAC Foundation – $999
Custom HVAC website delivered within 48 hours. Includes up to 7 pages, mobile optimization, contact forms, and 12 months hosting.

HVAC Booked Calls System – $3,000 setup + $299/month
Includes website build, Google Business optimization, call tracking setup, review system implementation, and monthly management. Minimum 90-day subscription required.

HVAC Dominance – $7,500 setup + $999/month
Includes full website system, service area expansion, citation setup, conversion optimization, and monthly reporting. Minimum 6-month subscription required.

Express builds (7-day turnaround) incur additional $600 fee.

2. Payment Terms

All setup fees are due in full prior to commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription fees begin according to the Stripe checkout selection and renew automatically.

Client authorizes recurring billing unless canceled in writing at least 21 days prior to renewal.

Foundation package includes 12 months hosting. Annual hosting renewal is billed at $149 per year unless canceled in writing at least 21 days prior to renewal.

Subscription begins 30 days after purchase and renews automatically monthly.

3. No Guarantee of Rankings

Company does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

4. Custom Work & Refund Policy

All services are custom digital services. Work begins immediately upon payment.

Due to the nature of digital production, all setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Termination

Subscription services require minimum commitment as selected at checkout.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 21 days before renewal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client.
