Parade Contingent Registration
Thank you for your interest in marching during the 17th OutHudson Pride Parade on Saturday, June 20, 2026, starting at 7th Street Park and ending at Promenade Hill Park in Hudson, NY! Registration is accepted on a rolling basis until June 10, 2026. Lineup is from 12:00-1:45pm and the parade starts at 2:00pm. Please fill out the form below to register your contingent.

This year's parade theme is Charlie and the Disco Factory! Imagine shimmering factory floats with disco balls, golden-ticket glam squads, and candy-colored dancers turning the street into a sparkling dance floor. From funky Oompa Loompa crews to drag Wonkas and fizzy-lifting queens, let your contingent blend sweet fantasy with nonstop disco energy.

Please indicate your contribution amount for the 2026 OutHudson Parade.To keep OutHudson Pride accessible to all, we offer a four-tier sliding scale. Choose the tier that best fits your financial situation. If you’re able to cover the basic registration fee for another parade group, please indicate that below and include the additional donation.

$100 (Basic Entry Fee: Tier II) - Local businesses, large non-profit organizations
$150 (Basic Entry Fee: Tier III) - Corporate businesses, elected officials, political organizations, businesses outside of Columbia County
$200 (Basic Entry Fee + Sponsors 1 Parade Group)
$50 (Basic Entry Fee: Tier I) - Small non-profit organizations, schools, and community-based organizations/groups
