Participation in the LKGC and KSS Clubhouse Cellar is entirely undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are over the legal drinking age of 18 in Western Australia. You accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and conduct during and after the event, including any decisions relating to alcohol consumption. You acknowledge that alcohol may adversely affect certain medical conditions, medications, or personal circumstances. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to consume alcohol. You agree not to drive or operate any vehicle if under the influence of alcohol. You are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol, remove any attendee engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful behaviour, or take any action deemed necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
