    Professional Planning Fee

    A professional planning fee may apply based on the complexity of your trip and the level of service. Professional planning fees start at $50 and vary based on the complexity and level of service requested. Group planning and onsite support are quoted based on the needs of your group. If a planning fee applies, you will be notified before planning begins.

     

    After completing the request form, we will contact you for payment of the retainer fee. The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 48 hours after itinerary has been sent.

    The non-refundable retainer fee includes:

    • 2 itinerary and package searches to find the best quote that is within your budget;
    • pre-trip travel tips and advisories;
    • email/phone assistance during your travel;
    • post-trip follow-up.
