Motorcycling South Australia Inc. (MSA) is collecting your personal information (PI) to assess training requirements and to facilitate the provision of relevant products and services to you. The information collected through this form will assist MSA in planning, coordinating and delivering appropriate training opportunities for officials, coaches and RiderNet users.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, MSA may be unable to assess your training needs or provide certain products or services.
MSA may use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of administering your requested products and services, providing you with relevant news, updates, promotions and offers, and contacting you to assist us in improving our services. Your personal information may also be disclosed when engaging professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, when dealing with MSA’s insurer, or to service providers, partners and sponsors who assist MSA in delivering its activities. Some of these parties may be located overseas from time to time.
MSA will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information held by MSA at any time by contacting the MSA office. If you wish to make a complaint about how your personal information has been handled, MSA will investigate and respond to your complaint appropriately.
