  • Vendor Rules & Responsibilities

    Vendors are solely responsible for providing all equipment and materials necessary for the operation and presentation of their booth. This includes, but is not limited to, extension cords, table coverings, skirting, décor, signage, and display fixtures. Vendors must maintain their assigned space in a clean, safe, and orderly condition at all times during the event.All vendor booths must remain fully staffed and operational during designated vending hours. Early breakdown or closure is not permitted without prior written approval from event leadership.The sale or display of items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the standards of the event, as determined solely by event leadership, is strictly prohibited.Booth placement and space assignments will be determined at the sole discretion of event staff. Vendor spaces are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis and are not considered secured until payment has been received and acknowledged in writing. All vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departure, or failure to comply with event guidelines.

  • Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

    Setup & BreakdownSetup and breakdown times will be communicated to vendors prior to the event. Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, displays, equipment, and materials immediately upon the conclusion of scheduled vending hours. Items left behind may be discarded at the vendor’s expense.Liability & Hold HarmlessThe National Missionary Baptist Convention of America and Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor merchandise, equipment, supplies, or personal property. Vendors assume full responsibility for their participation and property and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America, Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, event staff, volunteers, and venue facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to vendor participation in the event. Vendor participation is at the vendor’s sole risk.Licenses & InsuranceVendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, approvals, and insurance necessary for the sale or distribution of their goods or services.

              Single Booth No Electricity

              The Single Booth (No Electricity) provides a standard vending space suitable for vendors with a moderate setup or limited inventory. This option is ideal for businesses that do not require access to electrical power.

              Please note: Electricity is not included with this booth. Vendors requiring power must select a booth option that includes electrical access.

              Vendors are responsible for supplying all necessary equipment and materials, including tables, table coverings, décor, signage, and display items.

              Single booth spaces are limited and available on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

              Please note: This booth does not include access to electrical power. Vendors requiring electricity must select an alternative booth option that includes power access. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, including tables, coverings, décor, and display materials.

              Vendors are responsible for supplying all necessary equipment and materials, including extension cords, power strips, tables, table coverings, décor, signage, and display items.

              Please note: Vendors with specialized, high-voltage, or excessive power requirements must notify event staff in advance for approval. Additional fees may apply.

              Single booth spaces with electricity are limited and available on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

              Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment and supplies, including extension cords, power strips, tables, coverings, décor, and display materials.

              Positioned along primary walkways and gathering points, premium vendors benefit from continuous foot traffic before, during, and after major sessions and activities. These locations are especially suited for businesses looking to showcase featured products, launch services, or create an interactive presence.

              Due to their prime placement and increased visibility, premium spaces are limited and available on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
