  • REQUEST CONFIRMATION – INTERSTATE SERVICE

     

    Request Confirmation

    • Submission of this form constitutes a formal request for door-to-door transportation service within the State of Florida.
    • Operational availability, route planning, departure and return schedules, as well as the corresponding rate, will be evaluated and confirmed through direct communication by RouteXpress Transportations LLC. The service is not considered reserved or confirmed until formal written acceptance is issued by RouteXpress Transportations LLC.
    • Rates may vary based on total travel distance, selected modality (one-way, same-day round trip, or return on a different date), number of passengers, amount of luggage, number of pickup points (if applicable), and the operational logistics required to execute the service.
    • For trips with a return scheduled on a different date, coordination must be confirmed in advance to guarantee operational availability on the requested date.

  • Operational Conditions and External Factors

    • The applicant acknowledges and accepts that, for interstate transfers within the State of Florida, estimated travel times may be affected by external factors beyond the reasonable control of RouteXpress Transportations LLC, including — but not limited to — traffic congestion, roadway accidents, construction or partial closures, adverse weather conditions, roadway emergencies, traffic control measures, or extraordinary increases in vehicle flow during peak seasons.
    • RouteXpress Transportations LLC will make all reasonable operational efforts to comply with coordinated schedules; however, arrival and return times will be subject to actual traffic and logistical conditions at the time of service. Consequently, the company shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
    • In the event of a significant extension of operational time requiring additional logistical adjustments, such changes will be communicated promptly to the applicant for awareness and coordination.

     

    Minimum Operational Capacity

    • Shared interstate service requires a minimum of ten (10) confirmed passengers per route and scheduled date.
    • If the minimum capacity is not reached, RouteXpress may offer rescheduling to a nearby date or the option of exclusive private service under the corresponding minimum operational rate.
    • Groups preferring to travel privately with fewer passengers may reserve exclusive service by assuming the applicable operational minimum rate.


    Route Path and Coordination

    • Additional pickup and destination points must be located within the same logical route of the selected primary destination.
    • Significant deviations that alter the planned intercity route will not be permitted.
    • For example, a service destined for Orlando may not include a stop in Marco Island, as that location does not form part of the direct route to the selected destination.
    • Each additional request will be evaluated under safety, efficiency, and logistical planning criteria.
