Setup: Helping vendors unload, placing tables/chairs, and helping with event setup.

Guest Check-In: Greeting people at the door, scanning tickets, and handing out wristbands or programs.

Drink Station: Serving beverages, keeping ice coolers stocked, and managing the line.

Sponsor & Vendor Support: Being the "go-to" person for the sponsors or vendors that may have questions, concerns, or need additional assistance.

Floor Floater: Walking the room to pick up stray trash, helping guests find their way, and filling in for others during bathroom breaks.

Breakdown Crew: Helping vendors load equipment, collecting trash, and helping load out after the event ends.
