• FALL HERITAGE FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION

  •                  Fall Heritage Festival, Friday through Sunday, Sept. 18-20, 2026

                   Entries must be received by 5 pm on Friday, August 14, 2026.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • An application is a commitment to exhibit and abide by the Fall Heritage Festival rules, such as: vendors must be open all three days during posted festival hours, and absolutely no vehicles are permitted on festival grounds between 3 pm Friday and 5 pm Sunday.

     

  •                          NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 14, 2026 

                                  VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

    Bring lighting and extension cords.  All booths will have access to electricity.  All booths are 12 x 12.  Indicate number of booths needed beside vendor type.

  • Indemnification: I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages. I understand that the Fall Heritage Festival, Cowan Railroad Museum and the City of Cowan are not responsible for any losses or damages of work, personal injury or property damage, nor will the vendors be a party to any legal action against them, and I further agree to hold them harmless. Vendors must carry their own insurance and provide Certificate of Insurance.

    2026 Breakdown: Sun. Sept. 20- after 5 pm
